Servy respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
1. Data collected
We collect: your name, email, phone, region, and the information you enter in your profile. For providers: verification documents (ID), portfolio photos, business description.
2. Use of data
Your data is used to: create your account, connect you with other users, send service notifications (new requests, messages), improve the platform. We never sell your data.
3. Sharing with third parties
We share only the data necessary with: Supabase (database hosting, EU), Resend (email delivery), Stripe or Konnect (future payments). No marketing sharing.
4. Your rights (GDPR / nFADP)
At any time you can: access your data, correct it, delete it (from your account area), or export it. To exercise these rights, write to privacy@servy.app.
5. Retention
Your data is kept as long as your account is active. After deletion, it is erased within 30 days, except for accounting data kept per legal requirements (10 years).
6. Cookies
We use functional cookies (session, preferences) and anonymous analytics (Vercel). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
